The cost of the March futures contract for Brent crude on the ICE exchange in London is growing by 0.42% compared to the close of previous trading, reaching $57.07 per barrel, according to the ICE data.
Brent crude exceeded $57 per barrel for the first time since February 24, 2020.
WTI crude oil rises in price by 0.83%, reaching $53.68 per barrel. Brent was trading at $57.08 a barrel (plus 0.88%). WTI crude oil was trading at $53.66 per barrel (plus 0.79%), TASS reports.
