State services rendered in Azerbaijan in 2017 will be evaluated by ASAN Index, said the Head of the State Agency for Services to Citizens and Social Innovations, Inam Karimov, Interfax reports.
'Starting with 2017, assessment and ranking of state services will be implemented through ASAN Index, created by the ASAN Xidmət,' said I.Karimov at the Cabinet meeting on the results of socio-economic development of Azerbaijan in 2016 and the upcoming challenges.
According to him, in 2017 it is planned to open regional ASAN Həyat complexes in Mingachevir and Quba. 'In addition, the construction of regional complexes of ASAN Həyat will begin in Shaki and Imishli. In Baku there will be create two more centres ASAN Kommunal,' he noted.
I.Karimov stressed that in the current year, together with the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan ABAD Park complex will be created in Balaken and ABAD centre in Ismayilli jointly with local executive authority.
'This year, in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy, we will launch a portal of electronic licensing, as the result of which entrepreneurs will be able to get licenses and permits in electronic form,' said the head of ASAN Xidmət.
I.Karimov also announced the beginning of full-scale activity of ASAN Viza visa issuing system.
'ASAN Viza system has been introduced as part of the development of tourism in our country. This system was created in cooperation with the Ministries of Foreign and Internal Affairs, the State Security Service, the State Border and Migration services, it integrates all information bases,' he said.
