'With our successful policy, we are strengthening our country. If we take our whole history, Azerbaijan has never been as strong as it is now,' said Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev delivering a speech at the national holiday on the occasion of Novruz, informs the official website of the head of state.

'Our successful policy, regional initiatives, energy, transport projects in a broad sense form international cooperation. We brought our philosophy to international cooperation. International cooperation should be successful for each participant. This cannot be done by force. No country can be attracted to any initiative by force, by coercion. This will have no effect. Perhaps, the countries cannot resist this, but internally they will worry that they are forced to do something,' said the head of state.

President Ilham Aliyev noted that therefore the doctrine of international cooperation of Azerbaijan is built on the basis of cooperation and mutual support.

'That is why we are implementing such a financially, technically, and politically complex project as the Southern Gas Corridor. The Advisory Council was held for the third time in Baku, and all participating countries will receive their share of profits. We spent our money and implemented many projects. Of course, these funds will return both as funds and as political dividends.

A new atmosphere of cooperation has also been created in the region. Azerbaijan is the initiator of these important transport energy projects,' said President Ilham Aliyev.

The head of state underlined that over time, even more comprehensive information about Azerbaijan is spreading around the world. The forces slandering Azerbaijan are being gradually removed.

'Already most of them are removed from the political scene. Now a new dynamic of development is being created in the world. Azerbaijan is more known in the world as a modern, independent, developing country,' said President Ilham Aliyev.
