Mammadyarov announces important talks on Karabakh


Tomorrow, Azerbaijan and Armenia are expected to open substantive talks on Karabakh in Bratislava. This was stated by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov during a joint press-conference with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Baku.

He noted that the foreign minister of Armenia intends to raise the issue of security. 'What is security in our understanding and understanding of Armenia? There is an understanding that, first of all, the armed forces must return to the barracks. Yes, security is important. But also for Azerbaijan, its population in Karabakh.
