Central Election Commission annuls election results in several constituencies

Azerbaijan's Central Election Commission (CEC) examined the appeals of candidates, who participated in the parliamentary election in the Imishli-Beylagan constituency No.80.

Chingiz Ganizadeh

In this constituency, according to preliminary results, Chingiz Ganizadeh won.

Candidates' complaints about violations in this constituency were satisfied and the results were cancelled. According to the decision of the CEC, the results at 29 out of 49 polling stations were declared invalid.

The CEC also examined the appeals of candidates who participated in the election in the Lankaran constituency No.74.

Hadi Rajabli

In this constituency, according to preliminary results, Hadi Rajabli won.

Candidates' complaints about violations in this constituency were satisfied and the results were cancelled. The CEC statement said that the voting results at 27 polling station cannot be considered reliable.

The CEC examined the appeals of candidates who participated in the election in the third Khatai constituency No.35.

Rauf Arifoglu

In this constituency, according to preliminary results, Rauf Arifoglu won.

Candidates' complaints about violations in this constituency were satisfied and the results were cancelled. The CEC statement said that violations were recorded at 30 out of 33 polling stations.

The CEC also examined the appeals of candidates who participated in the elections in the first Khatai constituency No.74.

Huseynbala Miralamov

In this constituency, according to preliminary results, Huseynbala Miralamov won.

Candidates' complaints about violations in this constituency were satisfied and the results were cancelled. The CEC statement said that the results of voting at 21 polling stations cannot be considered reliable.
