President of Georgia: 'I dream to talk with Putin'

'I always say that I dream about the time when I talk with the Russian leader... Do you know, what is it called? This is called a modern form of dialogue. In this way the president of Poland, the German chancellor or the president of France talk to me,' Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili said at a meeting with students of the Tbilisi State Medical University, Sputnik reports.

The Georgian president noted that he would like to talk with Putin, proceeding not from his image, but from the interests of Russian families.

'The policy that we have formed with Russia after coming to power, in my opinion, is correct. We say: "We offer you a rational dialogue." What does rational dialogue mean? A rational dialogue means: you come with your views, problems, interests, your vision of what benefit we can bring to each other, and we come, sit together and talk,' Margvelashvili stressed.
