Parliamentarians supported Pashinyan: Elections to be held in December

Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan's proposal to hold early parliamentary elections in the country was supported by at least 55 deputies of the National Assembly of the country, RIA Novosti reports.

It is noted that such a result of voting gives Pashinyan a majority in parliament and gives him the right to hold early parliamentary elections in December.

In order to carry out the vote, Pashinyan will need to resign, provided that the parliament does not appoint a new head of government within two weeks.
