Pashinyan: We didn't agree with Ilham Aliyev


'The issue of the exchange of prisoners must be discussed with the authorities in Karabakh.' As reports Sputnik Armenia, acting Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this to journalists while commenting on the conversation with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in St Petersburg.

'We talked about exchanging prisoners, we did not reach agreements, but we will continue discussions. You know, they proposed the principle of exchanging 'all for all,' but we have a problem on this issue. We need to discuss it with the authorities in Karabakh,' Pashinyan said.

According to him, they also discussed previous episodes of the negotiation process, and so on.

Earlier, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev, stated that within the framework of participation in the unofficial summit of the CIS heads of state, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev held discussions with the acting Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan.
