Trilateral talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, timed to coincide with the anniversary of the signing of the Trilateral Statement on a Ceasefire and All Hostilities in the Karabakh Conflict Zone on November 9, 2020, will take place in Sochi today. According to the Kremlin press-service, the meeting was initiated by the head of the Russian state.

The Kremlin said that it is planned to consider the implementation of the agreements of the leaders of the three countries of November 9, 2020 and January 11, 2021, as well as outline further steps to strengthen stability and establish a peaceful life in the region. At the same time, special attention will be paid to the issues of restoration and development of trade, economic and transport links.

The press-service of the Russian President added that separate talks between Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev and Nikol Pashinyan are envisaged.
