Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan are not going to sign documents on the processes in bilateral relations at their meeting in Brussels on December 15. Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan stated this in an interview with Hraparak newspaper.

'At present, there is no agreement on signing the document,' Grigoryan replied to a relevant question.

According to him, the proposal of the Russian side to start the delimitation and demarcation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border has nothing to do with the upcoming meeting of the two leaders: 'In any case, this is a process that needs to be carried out, and the question of whether there will be a meeting or not has no direct impact on it.'

On November 19, the European Council issued a statement on the agreement reached by its head Charles Michel with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to meet in Brussels on December 15.
